Palazzo Rosa and Il Castello are twin venues, with their own entrances, embodying the synergy of Design across all art forms. Located in the heart of the Design Quarter, near Melrose Blvd, this is the home of bold interior design, vintage fashion, furniture and art.

On the left entrance, one enters Palazzo Rosa, a vintage clothing boutique. The reception room has a front desk, and a hallway that leads to three additional rooms, a bathroom and a backroom with doors leading to the outdoor patio.

On the right side, one enters Il Castello, an interior design studio, vintage furniture and art showroom. The venue has an art gallery-museum-like look. It has a break room, bathroom and a backdoor that leads to the outdoor patio.

The buildings square footage is approximately 2,500 square feet, located on a lot size of approximately 5,611 square feet. Assessors show building square footage at 1,904 square feet.
