World renowned interior designer, Sandra Costa, partners with high-end real estate developer, Tomasina, to open unique pop-up boutique in the heart of West Hollywood’s design quarter, offering interior design, vintage fashion, furniture, art and special events.


WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA., Feb 17, 2022 -- Bold and fabulous. Sandra Costa e Tomasina, the recently inaugurated pop-up store keeps on popping and so does Sandra Costa. The world renowned interior and architectural designer, has partnered with Tomasina, a high end real estate developer, to open a long term pop-up store, showroom and event space, located in the La Cienega Design Quarter of West Hollywood. Sandra Costa and Tomasina are long-time fashionistas and partnered to create Sandra Costa e Tomasina through their love of vintage fashion, furniture, art, and interior design. The idea for the venue came about as way for Sandra and Tomasina, to sell their personal and their friends collections of high-end designer fashions and furniture from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Fashions by top name designers such as Chanel, Armani, Roberto Cavalli, Versace, Eavis & Brown, Camilla, Emilio Pucci, Fe Zandi, Escada Missing, and Baracchi, fill the store. A curated selection hats, shoes, and other vintage accessories – are sold at considerably less than their original price. Sandra and Tomasina coordinate the vintage fashion with new clothing lines from innovative designers, including Masaki Matsuka. The look is fresh and unique.

Sandra Costa e Tomasina is divided into two venues with separate entrances: Palazzo Rosa, a vintage fashion boutique, and Il Castello, a showroom for vintage and reconstructed furniture, artwork, and Sandra Costa’s custom furniture and interior design services. “Palazzo Rosa and Il Castello have come together by the collaborative effort of many of my friends,” states Sandra, “including a diverse and highly talented team of professionals from the fashion and design industry who have worked with me for many years.”

A red carpet opening was held on December 21st, 2021, where guests enjoyed the unveiling of vintage boutique, Palazzo Rosa, presenting perfect condition brand name fashion and imported one-of-a-kind vintage furniture, music, dancing, appetizers by Chef Adriano, and an array of fine wines, brandies, and cocktails.

Attendees included fashion designer Kiki Wang, Emmy award-winning actress Rena Owen (Once Were Warriors, Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones), restaurateurs Eddie and Britt Kerkhof (Il Piccolino Trattoria and the famed Le Dome), fashion designer Richie Rich (The Real Richie Rich), beauty entrepreneur Mister D (Beautykween), actor Bobby Reed (Perry Mason), actor Glen Baggerly (Combat Report, ‘Bowflex Guy’), media entrepreneur Larry Namer (E! Entertainment Television), executive producer Arthur Chipman (LA Fashion Week), Pop art artist Karin Brauns, economist/fashion influencer Dr. Lance McCarthy, founder/president Robert Sun (American Chinese CEO Society), celebrity hair stylist Christine “Pinky” Dillon, couture designers and fashion industry entrepreneurs Barbara Wang and Owen Jao (the Masaki Matsuka clothing line is sold in the store to compliment and coordinate with the vintage), fashion/costume designer Marika Soderlund (Kicka Custom Design), artistic director Raven Wilson (CIM Entertainment Group), image consultant Linda Gray (L Gray Image Consulting), New Zealand artist Joy Regula, Miss Europe Global/model Zaina Ali, Miss China/model Joyce Lam, and many others.

About Sandra Costa Sandra Costa is a world renowned architectural and interior designer, general contractor and custom furniture manufacturer based in Los Angeles, CA. In addition, her four children and ten grandchildren know her as an influential mother, grandmother and a Renaissance woman of the 21st Century. Sandra’s flair for high styled fashion and innovative interior design creates a fabulous boutique in the famed city of West Hollywood.


About Tomasina Tomasina is an art connoisseur, concert and event promoter, real estate investor and developer with properties located in Malibu and Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Tomasina is one of the founders of LosAngeles Taurinos A.C., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hospitals with needed healthcare services, education, and equipment that has saved the lives of thousands of children and elderly adults. Tomasina published and distributed a children’s book written by her sister, Dinah A. Jamison. The book provides a message of vision and support for both children and adults alike. Large donations of the books have been made to schools, libraries, churches and horse stables. Based on her extensive global relationships, she provides the Sandra Costa e Tomasina boutiques with an extensive collection of unique, vintage furniture imported from Mexico, Brazil, Peru and Italy and Luxury vintage clothing.
